Stephane serves as General Counsel at MicroEJ, in charge of all legal matters.
Stephane has over 15 years of experience in IP protection and legal contracts. Since joining MicroEJ, Stephane has developed a rare skill: the technical understanding of the impacts and risks of embedded technologies and how they translate into contracts. With this unique understanding, Stephane can negotiate each clause and adapt to each situation regardless of the size of the client to issue a secure and tailor-made contract. Stephane believes that a solid legal position protects the company’s value and anchors the credibility of MicroEJ products, and he is proud of it. His detailed work allowed MicroEJ to be insured on intellectual property by an American insurer, which guarantees the quality and reliability of MicroEJ’s products. Stephane’s goal is to provide the best service to MicroEJ’s customers while protecting MicroEJ’s assets and delivering the expected business outcome. These complex contract negotiations with profound business impact are what motivate and inspire him. IIn line with his deep values, he is involved in a civic approach since more than two years by being a municipal councilor for his city and a metropolitan councilor for Nantes.
